Property opportunities
Each opportunity has its own documents, price, unit structure, term, payment conditions, fees, risk disclosures, and availability. Those property-specific materials form part of your investment decision.
Payments and confirmations
A submitted payment is not necessarily a completed investment. Online payments require successful verification, while bank and crypto submissions may require manual review. Failed, reversed, underpaid, or unverified payments may be rejected.
Installments and distributions
Installment dates and consequences are set by the applicable plan. Distributions depend on property performance, approvals, available cash, and the relevant documents; they are not guaranteed.

Suspension and termination
